Because your mental game matters as much as your physical one.
Because your mental game matters as much as your physical one.
Join us at 2pm PST on Sunday, April 26th, for an honest conversation about why so many athletes stay silent while they're struggling, and what it takes to change that.
We'll be hearing from Dr. Carrie Hastings, a sports psychologist for the LA Rams and Angel City FC who'll bring expert insight into why athletes try not to ask for help, and what would actually fix that. She will be joined by Reed Phillips, wide receiver at Harvard, and Ashle Reese, a soccer defender who played at Washington State before transferring to WashU in St. Louis, as they speak openly about the pressures athletes face and their own experiences navigating mental health in sport.

Mind in Sport Foundation is a organization built to create equality to and make it easier to talk about mental health in sports. We bring athletes together through live panels, workshops, and other events that share real experiences and practical tools and advice for handling pressure, stress, burnout, perfectionism, and the stigma around getting help. Our mission is to make sure every young athlete has equal access to mental health support and resources, while helping break the stigma around asking for help, so they can thrive both on and off the field.

Workshops, panels, and series that bring in athletes and sport psychology voices to share real experiences and actionable advice, so young athletes can learn how to stay mentally strong .

Straightforward, practical sport psychology content that helps athletes understand mental health in sports and learn how to handle pressure, stress, and burnout.

Financial support for athletes who have faced mental health challenges, taken steps to get help, and need assistance staying in the game by covering costs like club sports fees, training, or other participation expenses.
