Mind In Sport's main program is a live, interactive mental health panel featuring leading athletes and specialists who help young athletes navigate the mental side of their sports journey. This includes pressure, anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, confidence, and the stigma around asking for help. We hold panels wherever it is that these athletes train and gather, whether that’s at schools, YMCAs, Boys & Girls Clubs, community centers, or club sports organizations.'
Mind In Sport hosts live Q&A-style conversations with college and professional athletes who share all they’ve learned about handling pressure, setbacks, and expectations. Questions are submitted prior to the session. These sessions give younger athletes a rare chance to hear honest stories about the struggles of sport, and leave with practical advice they can apply to their own journeys.
